Rules for accessing and using CutexLAB.
Use of the service
CutexLAB is a digital design tool for cutters, stamps, stencils, and related 3D-printable outputs. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with, misuse, or attempt to bypass its access controls.
Accounts and access tiers
Access can be free, linked to a MakerWorld campaign code, or purchased as a lifetime tier. Features, cloud projects, exports, limits, expiry, and commercial rights depend on the active tier. MakerWorld access requires the campaign username and code to be linked to the same CutexLAB account. We may suspend or revoke access for fraud, security, misuse, or breach of these terms.
Payments and upgrades
When paid upgrades are enabled, Stripe processes the payment through its hosted checkout. A successful payment can only move an account to the purchased higher tier and does not create a recurring subscription. The price, currency, included tier, applicable taxes, and any refund or withdrawal information shown before checkout form part of the purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Newsletter updates
When you submit the footer subscription form, you are subscribed to CutexLAB updates immediately. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by contacting cutexlab@gmail.com.
Content and outputs
You remain responsible for content you upload and for checking that generated outputs are suitable, safe, and lawful for your intended use. CutexLAB does not guarantee compatibility with every printer, material, food-contact use, or local regulation.
Intellectual property and commercial use
The CutexLAB software, interface, and generation systems remain protected. Personal-use tiers do not grant commercial rights. Commercial use is permitted only where your active tier or a separate agreement expressly grants it.
Availability and liability
The service may change, be maintained, or be unavailable from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutexLAB is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
